Now Hiring Armed Security Guards in Astoria!

Join APSI and help protect government facilities through patrols, access control, surveillance, and emergency response.

Pay: $19.71/hr + $5.09/hr Health & Welfare

What You'll Do

Conduct foot and vehicle patrols
Monitor alarms, cameras, and access points
Screen visitors and vehicles
Respond to incidents and emergencies
Complete reports and activity logs
Maintain a safe and secure environment

Qualifications

✅ High School Diploma or GED
✅ 2+ years of security, law enforcement, military, or related experience
✅ State-issued Guard Card required
✅ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
✅ Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam

Preferred

CPR/First Aid certification
Glock experience
Basic computer skills
