Your Role in Action Provide personalized care: assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation. Create a nurturing environment: cultivate a warm, safe space that fosters independence, dignity, and respect. Enhance skills: employ positive behavior support methods to address challenges and promote skill development. Collaborate with the team: work alongside therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans. Skills and Talents At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism. A valid and current U.S. driver’s license with a minimum of 1 year of licensed driving experience. Prior supervisory experience is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and empathy toward individuals from all backgrounds. Reliability, compassion, and patience. Adaptability: flexibility to meet diverse needs and communication styles. Ability to pivot quickly in changing environments and unexpected situations. Why This Role?
