Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Float)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit while providing leadership within the nursing team
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care through a Shared Governance model
• Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team to promote evidence-based care within a healing culture for patients and their families
• Float to support various units including ER hold, overflow, adult and geriatric psychiatric, and inpatient rehabilitation units

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of registered nursing experience required
• Stepdown experience required
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Arkansas or Compact State RN license in good standing; license must be in-hand at time of submission
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required at time of submission
• Nursys verification required at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Critical care experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
