Data Entry Associate

We have an immediate opening for a detailed-oriented data entry specialist to assist our support office teams. You will be assisting the accounting team with administrative duties. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can succeed in a very fast-paced and competitive environment. This is a temporary part-time position averaging 15-25 hours per week. This role will be required to work onsite in Eden Prairie, MN. No remote work will be available.

Key Functions, Responsibilities and Tasks

• Process Accounts Payable.
• Enter Data into NetSuite and other ERP's.

Required

• A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Experience with repetitive, data-heavy work.
• High accuracy imputing information into data sets.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft applications, email, and computer skills.
• Ability to handle varying daily priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with YouTube & eCommerce platforms.
• Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.

Compensation

$18 - $22 per hour, based on experience.
