Long-Term Care Physical Therapist: Restore Mobility & Function

Legacy Nursing

LP Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled therapy in a Long-Term Care setting, focused on restoring mobility, strength, and function. The PT will review referrals, evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, administer exercises, educate families, document for Medicare, collaborate with care teams, and supervise PTAs as needed to meet quality and productivity standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr Legacy Nursing
