Associated Bank conducts a thorough background check on all new hires.Role SummaryManage and grow Associated Bank’s consumer deposit products, including savings, money market accounts, and CDs. You’ll use customer insights, market research, and data to strengthen products, improve retention, and deepen customer relationships. This role offers the opportunity to lead product initiatives from discovery through implementation and make a measurable impact on business results.Key AccountabilitiesManage the consumer deposit product portfolio and drive growth, profitability, and customer retention.Develop product strategies, pricing recommendations, and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen primary banking relationships.Analyze customer, market, and competitive data to identify trends, opportunities, and product enhancements.Lead product discovery, business cases, and pitches for new products, features, and customer experiences.Drive product launches and implementation efforts, partnering across Retail, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and other teams.Partner with channel leaders to support product sales strategies, training, and customer engagement programs.Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance requirements and adapt to system or regulatory changes.Monitor product performance, pricing, profitability, and market position to identify opportunities for improvement.Education & ExperienceRequiredBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.Experience working with consumer and/or business markets.Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.PreferredExperience managing consumer banking or deposit products.Experience developing product strategies, business cases, or customer retention programs.Experience using customer data and market research to inform product decisions.Experience working in a regulated financial services environment.Why You’ll Love Working HereYou’ll have the opportunity to shape products that directly impact how customers save, manage, and grow their money while building valuable product management and leadership skills.
