Overview We are looking for dedicated and compassionate registered nurse field nurses with home health experience. Must have good organizational skills, strong communication skills, strong clinical ability, and excellent interpersonal skills. Other duties include comprehensive assessments, charting, assistance with care planning, and assistance with care coordination with the interdisciplinary team. The role involves monitoring assigned cases to ensure compliance with Medicare/third party payer requirements, providing effective communication or counseling to patients and family members, and reporting to the Clinical Director. Travel to Lewisville & Denton, TX and surrounding areas is required. Qualifications Education – Registered nurse: Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing Licensure: Current Texas State license as an RN Skills: Strong clinical nursing skills as defined by generally accepted standards of practice, with effective communication to patients and families. Home health experience preferred. Proven attention to detail and decisive decision‑making ability. Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication in English. Medicare experience is a plus. Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred. Transportation – Reliable transportation and current valid auto liability insurance required.
