What We Offer

First-Year Income Potential: $70,000 – $120,000+

Long-Term Earnings Potential: $100,000+ annually through personal production, overrides, bonuses, and team growth

• Weekly commissions, overrides, and bonus payouts

What You'll Do

As a District Sales Manager, you will:

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing B2B sales team
• Lead by example through personal sales production
• Coach representatives in the field to maximize results
• Build relationships with small business owners in your territory
• Help business leaders engage directly in the legislative process through NWYC membership
