We are seeking an experienced and licensed Supervising Physician to oversee and support our Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), including Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs), in delivering high‑quality care. This is an as‑needed position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Provide supervision and consultation to APPs, ensuring compliance with California state regulations and organizational policies. Review and sign off on medical charts, as required. Support clinical decision‑making, offering guidance on patient care plans and treatment strategies. Collaborate with APPs to maintain the highest standard of care. Ensure adherence to legal and ethical guidelines for APP practice in California. Qualifications Medical License: Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in California. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers preferred. Communication Skills: Strong ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and guidance. Availability: Flexibility to provide supervision and chart review on an as‑needed basis.
