Seeking: Assembly Operator 2nd Shift

Location: Denton, TX
Pay: $19.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: MondayFriday | 3:30 PM 12:00 AM
Overtime: Available based on production needs
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Openwork is partnering with a leading manufacturer in Denton to hire Assembly Operators for their second-shift team. With more than 70 years of industry experience, our client is known for producing quality products and providing employees with a stable, team-oriented work environment.

• Assemble wooden reels using pre-cut components
• Operate hand tools and measuring devices to ensure product quality
• Weigh, label, and tag finished products
• Apply grease and protective materials as required
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Assist with production and warehouse tasks as needed
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

• 1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience required
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
