ROLE SUMMARY:The Packaging Reliability Manager is responsible for improving the reliability and performance of Packaging operations that support brewery production. This role leads maintenance strategy and execution for Packaging assets, with a focus on uptime, cost control, and long-term equipment health.The position works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and external partners to support Packaging systems such as fillers, packers, conveyors, palletizers, and related automation. A strong floor presence and practical problem-solving approach are key to success in this role.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead maintenance activities supporting Packaging operations while meeting safety, environmental, quality, and food safety requirementsPromote safe work practices and ensure proper use of permits, risk assessments, and standard proceduresOwn preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce unplanned downtimePlan and prioritize daily and weekly maintenance work with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teamsSupport troubleshooting and resolution of equipment issues across automated Packaging systemsServe as the main point of contact for equipment vendors, service providers, and engineering contractorsTrack reliability and maintenance performance using KPIs and data, and drive improvement effortsDevelop and execute long-term maintenance plans, including overhauls and asset lifecycle planningPartner with maintenance planning teams to manage spare parts, BOMs, and material data in SAP, TAMS, or similar systemsManage maintenance budgets and cost-control initiativesLead and develop maintenance team members through training, feedback, and performance managementMaintain regular presence on the production floor to reinforce safety, standards, and equipment careJOB QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field preferredExperience supporting automated production equipmentFamiliarity with maintenance management systems (SAP, TAMS, or similar)Working knowledge of food safety, EHS, and regulatory requirementsProven ability to drive improvement and manage changeStrong problem-solving skills and sound judgmentClear communication skills and ability to work across functionsOrganized, results-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced operationWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
