As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers calling Alpine. You'll answer inbound inquiries, schedule appointments, educate customers about our services, and confidently recommend solutions that meet their needs. This is a consultative role where outstanding service naturally creates sales opportunities-there is no cold calling or high-pressure sales environment.

Every day, you'll help customers by answering inbound calls, identifying their needs, and creating a positive experience from the first conversation through appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to service requests

• Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently

• Educate customers about available services and solutions

• Recommend additional services that provide value based on customer needs

• Build trust through professional, consultative conversations

• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Help support company growth through exceptional service and relationship building

We're seeking someone who enjoys talking with people, is motivated by helping customers, and is comfortable recommending products and services that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate communicates confidently, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys contributing to both customer satisfaction and company success.

Experience in customer service, inside sales, retail sales, hospitality, appointment scheduling, call center operations, or administrative support is highly valued. Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude are essential.
