• Number of Beds -17 Operating Rooms; 1 Bed ER. NOT trauma designated


• Number of Staff - 70


• Type of staff:
• Day Shift - One scrub and one circulator per room. Support techs available to assist with positioning and other duties. MOST surgeons have a PA/CST/NP to assist during surgery. Director/Manager/Board Runner


• Night Shift -N/A


• Patient Ratios -

• EMR -Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)


Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.


• Large Joint and Spine Orthopedic Experience

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.


• Well Versed in total joints and spine


•


List typical procedures performed on unit(s):


• All Ortho-large joints, hand, feet, scopes and Spine-NO neuorsurgery

Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.


• Scrub Color - Ciel Blue (sky blue)


• Hospital does NOT provide scrubs


• Parking garage free for employees and contractors

Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.


• Report to work at 6:45 am-huddle Mon/Wed/Fri-shift ends at 5:15-there is NO second shift relief


• Call -appx 4 per month M-F ONLY(no weekend call); Most call worked is stay over to finish cases
