Wolverine Lawn Services is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Lawn Maintenance team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in doing quality work, and want to be part of a team where you can grow, we'd like to hear from you.

Our Lawn Maintenance team typically works a 4-day workweek, Monday through Thursday , with 10-hour shifts. You'll work alongside a crew maintaining customer properties using professional commercial lawn equipment.

What You'll Do

• Operate commercial lawn equipment, including stand-on and zero-turn mowers, push mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers.

• Mow, trim, edge, and clean turf areas to maintain a neat, professional appearance.

• Perform seasonal work including spring and fall cleanups, mulching, and leaf removal.

• Keep walkways, driveways, parking areas, and landscaped areas free of debris.

• Inspect, clean, and perform basic maintenance on equipment before and after use.

• Follow company safety procedures and properly use required PPE.

• Communicate with crew leaders and teammates to complete work safely and efficiently.

• Report equipment problems, property concerns, or unsafe conditions.

• Represent Wolverine professionally while working at customer properties.

• Accurately track daily work and time using company systems.

• Assist with snow and winter operations as needed.

Schedule

• Full-time, 4-day workweek

• Monday–Thursday

• Typically four 10-hour shifts

• Additional hours may be required during peak periods or due to weather and seasonal demands.

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

• Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions.

• Ability to perform physical work throughout the day, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a crew.

• Valid driver's license with the ability to obtain a chauffeur license.

• Willingness to work additional hours as needed during peak periods.

Previous lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

Experience operating commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other lawn equipment is a plus.

Compensation

$19–$22 per hour, based on experience
