What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate records and files.
• Schedule appointments and assist with office calendars.
• Process data entry and maintain confidential information.
• Support the office team with day-to-day administrative duties.
• Keep the front office organized, professional, and running efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• Previous office, administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
