We are looking for enthusiastic, polished, hardworking candidates who want to have a career in sales! Responsibilities Prospect new business, including significant door‑to‑door cold calling Develop lead generation and use CRM to track activity Sell and set up new accounts Manage accounts Qualifications 3‑5 years freight sales experience (preferred) Bachelor’s degree (preferred; business, marketing, communication majors preferred, but any major acceptable if passion for sales) Involvement in campus activities (athletic backgrounds highly recommended) Naturally enthusiastic and energetic Polished and professional appearance and demeanor Determined to be part of a winning team A burning desire to be successful Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + uncapped commission $500 monthly car allowance Gas receipts reimbursement Medical insurance with premiums 100% paid for employee and dependents Dental insurance 100% paid for employee Vision insurance HSA with employer contributions Life insurance Short‑term disability Long‑term disability 401(k) plan Profit sharing (typical annual contribution 15% of eligible compensation) Paid holidays and PTO Cancer, critical illness, and accident policies available Training & Development New hires can expect three weeks of corporate training inside their first 24 months, with the potential for additional senior Territory Manager trainings and management training further into their career.
