Job Summary

As an Analyst - Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for generating, reviewing, and issuing customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Job Description

• Maintains and updates billing records using applicable systems, ensuring charges are correct and properly documented
• Researches and resolves routine billing discrepancies and prepares standard reports related to billing status, exceptions, or unresolved issues

Skills Required

• 1 year of Microsoft Office products (Outlook and Excel) experience is required; 3 years preferred
• 1 year of QuickBooks, Salesforce.com, DAX, or other ERP accounts receivable is preferred
• 1 year of direct customer billing is preferred
• Basic knowledge of accounts receivable is preferred
• Ability to remain calm and work in an intense productivity environment with tight deadlines is preferred
• Effective and efficient use of a 10-key calculator or numeric keypad for data entry is preferred
• Strong oral communication skills
• Must have PC Windows experience
• Must have Excel experience (V-lookup and pivot table functions preferred)
• Customer service oriented
• Team Player
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred

Additional Requirements

• Candidates must provide proof of work-from-home capabilities in terms of dedicated space.
• Shift Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with some level of flexibility

Pay Rate/Salary

• $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors
