About The NOW Massage

Compensation & Benefits

• $48-$63+ per hour while massaging
• Bonuses for multiple enhancements (deep tissue and others) in addition to massage service bonuses

Requirements:

• Active CAMTC
• Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage
• Minimum of 2 shifts per week, including at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including standing and exerting well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length (may vary from day to day and task to task) and manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.

About The Owners:

The NOW Long Beach is owned by a husband and wife team, who are both active in the business on a full-time basis. Jamie utilizes her sales and marketing expertise to ensure full books and a team-first culture, while Mike leverages his finance experience to handle the administrative side of the business. Jamie and Mike first learned about the NOW as guests back in 2016, and are proud to be building a top tier franchise organization of the brand they've loved for over a decade!

CA Pay Transparency Law: Expected base hourly compensation for this position is $16.90 per hour; note this rate is paid regardless of whether you are massaging or not. This rate is BEFORE any bonuses or tips (we pay one or more bonuses for each massage given and our suggested tip is $26 for a 50-min service; expected actual earnings while massaging is $48-$63/hour but may vary). Hired applicants will be classified as employees and receive a W-2.
