At Independence , we know that quality home care depends on thoughtful coordination. We're looking for a detail-oriented, dependable, and friendly Scheduler to support our team by helping keep everything organized and running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Entering and maintaining caregiver schedules based on plans coordinated by management
Making real-time updates and adjustments to schedules as needed
Communicating clearly with caregivers and clients about any changes
Ensuring accuracy in our scheduling system and documentation
Assisting with calls, confirmations, and follow-ups
Supporting the office team with additional tasks as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For:

At least One year Experience in home health or caregiver, scheduling is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
Comfortable using scheduling software and technology
Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus
Calm, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Someone who takes pride in supporting a mission-driven team
