Business Development Sales Representative (Dental Staffing) Job Summary We are seeking a Business Development Sales Representative with experience in the dental industry to drive new client growth. This role focuses on building relationships with dental practices, understanding their staffing needs, and providing staffing solutions for temporary and direct hire placements. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities with dental offices, DSOs, and clinics Build and maintain relationships with dentists, office managers, and decision-makers Conduct outreach through calls, email, and in-person visits to generate new clients Present staffing solutions tailored to each client’s needs Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful placements Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions Stay informed on dental industry trends and staffing challenges Qualifications 2+ years of sales or business development experience in the dental industry or dental staffing Strong understanding of dental office operations and roles (assistants, hygienists, front office, etc.) Proven ability to generate leads and close new business Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and results-driven Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Preferred Existing relationships within dental practices or DSOs Experience selling staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr HireQuest Inc.
