We are actively looking for qualified professionals who will help execute the company’s future growth strategy.POSITION SUMMARY:The Housekeeper reports to the onsite Maintenance Supervisor and plays a key role in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitary conditions of common areas, amenities, and vacant unit interiors, contributing to a positive and comfortable living experience for the community.RESPONSIBILITIES:Clean and maintain all interior common areas including, but not limited to: lobbies, hallways, restrooms, fitness centers, community rooms, stairwells, elevators, offices, and laundry areas.Perform detailed cleaning of vacant units as part of the make-ready process, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, polishing, and sanitizing surfaces.Restock supplies in restrooms and other designated areas as needed.Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass doors, and interior fixtures.Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.Assist the team during unit turns and special cleaning projects as required.Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure storage areas remain organized and sanitary.Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:1+ years of housekeeping or custodial experience preferredDemonstrated attention to detail and high cleaning standardsStrong customer service and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage time effectivelyAbility to work as part of a teamPHYSICAL AND ENVIROMENTAL REQUIREMENETS:Occasional bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25-40 lbsFrequent sitting and occasional standing, walking, reachingNoise level may be moderate to high at timesPRIVACY NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA JOB APPLICANTSSyufy Enterprises and/or any affiliated entities (collectively, the “Company” or “we”) provide this California Privacy Notice (“Notice”) to describe our privacy practices with respect to our collection of Personal Information as required under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”).
