About the opportunity

Bring your banking expertise to a leadership role connecting treasury management sales, client solutions, and digital banking innovation. This position will lead treasury management growth, develop team capabilities, and guide the delivery of payment and cash management solutions for commercial and corporate clients, including businesses operating across U.S. and Latin American markets.

What you’ll do

• Lead and coach a treasury management team, strengthening consultative sales, cross-selling, client service, and execution.
• Develop strategies to grow treasury fee income, deepen client relationships, and expand adoption of payment and cash management services.
• Guide treasury product strategy, pricing, and market analysis to identify opportunities and improve product competitiveness.
• Serve as a business product owner for online and mobile banking enhancements, translating client needs into prioritized requirements.
• Oversee complex treasury implementations, onboarding, and migrations, coordinating stakeholders to meet service commitments and resolve escalations.
• Partner with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Legal to deliver banking solutions and support applicable regulatory and internal requirements.
• Use client insights and performance reporting to improve product adoption, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Required qualifications

• 5-10+ years of relevant banking experience in treasury management, including commercial or corporate banking clients.
• Demonstrated experience leading and coaching treasury management sales or service teams.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, international payments, wire transfers, receivables, payables, and treasury implementation.
• Experience supporting corporate clients with U.S. and Latin American banking needs.
• Experience managing digital banking products or enhancements and collaborating with business and technology teams.
• Ability to develop pricing strategies, identify revenue opportunities, and manage complex client relationships.
• Strong project execution, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with correspondent banking, host-to-host connectivity, trade finance, or core banking transformation.
• Familiarity with Positive Pay, remote deposit capture, lockbox, bill payment, and digital payment solutions.
• Experience with Agile delivery, vendor evaluation, business requirements, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, international business, or a related field;
• Bilingual: English / Spanmish (preferred)
