Training Schedule: 4th shift — Sunday–Tuesday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Wednesday, 6:00 AM–12:00 PM

Permanent Schedule: Wednesday, 12:00 PM–6:00 PM, and Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

Openings: 1

Position Overview

Operate and monitor production equipment associated with wireline manufacturing, following established work instructions, production orders, and quality requirements. The Production Technician helps maintain consistent production flow, identifies potential quality issues, and performs routine equipment care as trained.

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment according to approved procedures and job instructions.
Prepare equipment and materials for assigned production runs.
Monitor production output and verify products meet required specifications.
Perform routine inspections and basic measurements as required by the process.
Complete production documentation and report defects, downtime, or equipment concerns.
Perform assigned routine cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks.
Work with supervisors, quality personnel, and maintenance to address production issues.
Follow safety procedures, maintain an orderly workstation, and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or production equipment experience is preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn industrial processes.
Basic math, reading, and documentation skills.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and recognize quality issues.
Ability to work the designated training schedule and permanent 6th-shift schedule.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
