Compensation Analyst - Data-Driven Pay & Policy Expert

City Auto Glass, inc.

Safelite Group, Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Compensation Analyst to analyze and support compensation programs. You will partner with Compensation team, PBPs, People Systems, and Payroll to apply market data and maintain job profiles and policy documentation.
