Remote Float Therapist - Multi-State Telehealth

Equip

Equip is seeking a Float Therapist to provide critical cross-state coverage and ensure continuity of care for our national patient community. This fully virtual role supports coverage during clinician leaves, call-outs, and surge periods with evening hours across time zones.

You will deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and document within Equip’s EMR.
