Job Description

Boba Bliss in East Bay Area (Dublin & Castro Valley) is looking for a general manager to join our team. We are located on 1671 North Capitol Avenue. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, previous strong experience with the role and hard-working. THIS IS A FULL TIME & SALARIED position.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily business operations
Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed
Maintain excellent customer service standards and the boba bliss operating standard
Manage profit and loss figures

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
Strong previous experience as an Area Manager or General Manager for a similar/aligned brand previously.
Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace
Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
