Job Description Job Description The Licensed Occupational Therapist in Home Health is responsible for delivering personalized therapy services to patients within their homes. This role focuses on assessing patients' needs, planning and implementing treatment strategies, and ensuring progress towards improving their functional abilities and quality of life.
