Logistics Management Specialist

Job Title Supports Army readiness, modernization, and equipment management efforts through analysis, coordination, and implementation of equipping guidance across Army organizations. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Analyze Army equipping guidance and modernization initiatives. Coordinate readiness and equipment management efforts across ACOMs, ASCCs, and DRUs. Support Army Strategic Readiness Assessments and Total Army Readiness Reviews. Develop reports, briefings, dashboards, and executive summaries. Track readiness metrics and materiel support requirements. Support modernization and fleet management initiatives. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Excellent analytical and briefing skills. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of Army logistics experience. Minimum 5 years supporting ACOM, ASCC, or equivalent headquarters organizations. Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, SharePoint, and Army readiness systems. Clearance: Active Secret Preferred Qualifications: Former Army logistics planner or readiness analyst. Experience supporting AMC, FORSCOM, AFC, or HQDA.
