Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

Schedule: Days, Every other weekend and holidays

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR/BLS Card
• ACLS certification

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to create, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Provide explanations and instructions to patients and responsible persons.
• Utilize nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions.
• Contribute to a healthy workplace environment through effective professional communication.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
