Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting, including assessment, triage, and treatment of acute and critical conditions
• Manage patients presenting with symptoms of stroke, heart attack, seizures, severe injuries, burns, and other emergent conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective emergency interventions
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Cerner EMR
• Adhere to facility dress code: Gray Scrubs

Required Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN License
• Minimum 2+ years of RN Emergency Department experience (required)
• TNCC certification required (ENPC not accepted; documentation required)
• ACLS certification (required)
• BLS certification – American Heart Association (required)
• PALS certification – American Heart Association (required)
• Candidates with a permanent address within 35 miles of the facility are considered local travelers and may be subject to an adjusted travel rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center environment
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR systems
• Experience in high-volume or academic medical center emergency departments
