- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, English, or related fields; fluent spoken English as a working language;
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in consumer electronics/e-commerce/internet industries, including at least 1 year in overseas business operations, with expertise in sales or brand-related roles;
- Proficient in recruitment processes and interviewing techniques, adept at utilizing various talent assessment tools, with a solid foundation in recruitment theory;
- Strong judgment and learning ability, high emotional intelligence, and excellent communication and coordination skills;
- Passionate about recruitment and English communication, highly self-motivated with strong interpersonal understanding and resilience under pressure, possessing a collaborative mindset and eagerness to tackle challenges. Job Responsibilities
- Manage overseas recruitment needs by deeply understanding talent requirements of international business teams to ensure efficient delivery of overseas positions and acquisition of core talent;
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment management for assigned departments by thoroughly understanding business needs and talent profiles, accurately identifying hiring requirements, and efficiently selecting high-quality candidates for business units;
- Participate in optimizing recruitment processes, including but not limited to posting job openings, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiations, and recruitment data analysis to effectively enhance recruitment ROI;
- Develop and maintain overseas recruitment channels, leverage diverse recruitment platforms to swiftly meet talent needs, conduct key talent mapping and reserves, and build corporate talent pools.
- Manage project-based recruitment initiatives such as executive hiring, overseas bulk recruitment, talent mapping, recruitment operations, campus recruitment, and other specialized tasks.
