About the Role We’re looking for a Business Recruiter to help scale our GTM organization during a period of rapid growth. This is a full-cycle recruiting role supporting multiple business searches simultaneously across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and G&A functions. As an early recruiting team member, you’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to help build the foundation for how business hiring operates here. We’re looking for someone who is highly execution-oriented, strong at sourcing, and excited to operate in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment. What you’ll do Own full-cycle recruiting across business functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and other G&A roles Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, calibrate profiles, and drive hiring decisions Build and manage strong outbound pipelines of business talent through sourcing, referrals, networking, and creative outreach strategies Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for candidate experience and process quality Help improve recruiting operations, workflows, tooling, reporting, and overall process efficiency as the company scales Maintain strong ATS hygiene and operational rigor across all recruiting activity What we’re looking for 3–5 years of full-cycle business recruiting experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments Experience recruiting for GTM and business roles within B2B SaaS companies Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting skills with a track record of engaging high-quality business talent Ability to assess a wide range of profiles across sales, marketing, operations, and customer-facing functions Highly organized with strong process management and attention to detail Strong communication skills with the ability to create excellent candidate experiences Data-oriented mindset with an understanding of recruiting metrics and pipeline management What this role is (and isn’t) This is a hands-on recruiting role with significant ownership and visibility You’ll spend a meaningful amount of time sourcing and conducting intro calls You’ll help shape recruiting processes while also executing day-to-day hiring exceptionally well This is a builder role for someone excited to grow alongside a rapidly scaling company Stack : Ashby, Noon, LinkedIn Recruiter, WAAS Perks + Benefits Equity Paid Relocation Unlimited PTO 401(K) through Vestwell Provided MacBook Fully Paid Health, Dental, and Vision plans Catered Lunches on Fridays Nightly Team Dinners for those staying past 6:30pm Unlimited coffee and snacks featuring our brands Confido provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr Getconfido
