As a Maintenance Technician II, you’ll protect throughput by preventing failures, solving root causes, and elevating equipment performance across CNC, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Pay: $22–$30/hour | Paid Weekly
• $2.50 shift differential
• $1,500 sign-on bonus
• 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• Lead with safety—model policies, procedures, and LOTO every task, every time.
• Plan and execute PMs and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery; keep thorough maintenance records.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults with meters and test instruments; wire and connect to breakers, transformers, and components.
• Program and troubleshoot VFDs/PLCs; understand CNC programming and maintenance (Windows and FANUC environments).
• Fabricate/fit mechanical parts from cold rolled steel, stainless, steel plate, and structural shapes; perform rigging and alignment.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, machinery, apparatus, and fixtures using hand, power, and precision tools.
• Calculate layout, balance, and align equipment to spec; ensure compliance with county, state, and federal electrical codes.
• Deliver accurate, high-quality work by following established safety and quality processes.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; work under direct supervision; handle other duties as assigned.

• HS Diploma or equivalent; 4+ years in manufacturing/industrial maintenance
• Proven troubleshooting across advanced processing equipment, CNCs, material handling, press brakes, lifting devices, and saws
• Knowledge of CNC programming; understanding of FANUC, CNC, and TwinCAT parameters
• Preferred: experience with AutoCAD and MasterCAM
• Strong mechanical aptitude; skilled in laser alignment and vibration monitoring
• VFD/PLC programming and debugging capability
• Hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems experience
• Electrical testing proficiency (ohmmeters, voltmeters, oscilloscopes)
• Oxyacetylene torch and welding skills; maintain welding certification
• Operate forklifts, high lifts, and cranes; maintain required certifications
• Ability to run/test programs on laser, plasma, and drilling machines
• Comfort with hand tools: hammer, pliers, screwdriver, wrench, drill, grinder, bander
• Ability to speak, write, and comprehend conversational English

• Standing/walking for extended periods; 2–5 miles per shift
• Frequent bending, sitting, standing, twisting, stooping
• Lifting/carrying 25–50 lbs from floor to waist; front-carry 25–50 lbs repeatedly
• Overhead reach; squat, kneel; climb short ladders/steps
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install/maintain/repair electrical systems
• Fine motor coordination for precise tasks
• Read labels, follow safety/SOPs, and communicate effectively in an industrial environment
• 20/30 vision with corrective lenses
• Exposure to temperature swings, loud noise, vibration
• Potential hazards: moving machinery, electrical current, high heat, chemicals
• Atmospheric conditions: fumes, odors, dust, mist, gas, or limited ventilation
• Possible air/skin exposure to oils and cutting fluids
