UX Writer
We're looking for a talented UX Writer to join our team. You'll independently apply human-centered design principles, content strategy, and UX writing best practices to deliver high-quality content across multiple digital channels.
What You'll Do
- Create and optimize user-focused content for:
- Client website and mobile app
- Emails, SMS, and push notifications
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable, and user-friendly messaging
- Develop content strategies that align with user needs and business objectives
- Collaborate closely with designers, product teams, and subject matter experts
- Ensure content aligns with:
- Brand voice and tone guidelines
- Accessibility standards
- SEO best practices
- Conduct keyword research and apply insights to improve content performance
Required Skills & Experience
- UX Writing / Content Design – 2+ years
- Figma, SEO, AP Style, and Style Guides – 2+ years
- Cross-functional Collaboration – 2+ years working with SMEs and design teams
- Portfolio required (must showcase UX writing samples)
Preferred Qualifications
- UX writing (not UX design/research) certification
- Experience with design systems and content management systems
- Intermediate proficiency in Figma
- Background in financial services or insurance
