Reach Truck Operator

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Reach Truck Operator to join their team. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting efficient material handling and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Reach Truck Operator

Location: Brown Summit, NC

Pay Range: $18/hr

Shift: Monday–Friday, 6PM - until the work is completed (with some overtime)

What's the Job?

• Operate reach trucks to move, store, and retrieve materials from racking locations safely and efficiently

• Assist with order picking and staging materials for shipment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a secure workplace

• Support daily warehouse operations to meet productivity goals

What's Needed?

• Previous experience operating reach trucks or similar equipment required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset

• Knowledge of using a RF scanner
