Position Summary: Donor Services Supervisors have direct supervision of all hourly staff who have access to the Attended Donation Center (ADC). They have responsibility with regard to total ADC supervision on a daily basis to meet the needs of the site and its donors. Hourly Rate: $19.71 per hour Location: Attended Donation Center in Graham, WA Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Donor Services Supervisor responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned: Performs all opening and closing procedures and responsibilities Ensure that the site is maintained at or above an acceptable level Ensure the LP Audits are maintained at an acceptable level Oversees supply management and ordering processes to ensure smooth site operations Ability to delegate work to appropriate employees Ensures building and functions are properly maintained; submits and monitors maintenance requests Ensure security and safety systems are in working order, including but not limited to door locks, alarms, and incident reports Full Cycle Hiring Be active in interviewing and onboarding new employees by following Goodwill's recruitment guidelines Loss Prevention Serves as the security "captain" for assigned site location - works in cooperation with management and Loss Prevention to protect company assets from internal and external theft Customer Service Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to a variety of customers #J-18808-Ljbffr Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region
