Global HR Operations & Payroll Leader

FTC Solar, headquartered in Austin, TX, seeks a Manager, People Operations & Payroll to own the operational backbone of our global HR function. You will oversee US payroll, HRIS, compensation administration, and workforce reporting for a dynamic, multi-country workforce. You will report to the CHRO and lead US payroll/benefits support, partnering with Legal and Finance.
