We are seeking a reliable and motivated  Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machines in a manufacturing environment including  Fiberglass. You will be using hand and power tools, and following safety and quality procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: $17.00-$18.00

Shift: 7 AM- 7:30 PM (12 hr)

Responsibilities

• Set up, Operate, Cut and monitor  FIBERGLASS manufacturing machines and production equipment.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Perform assembly, production, and material-handling tasks as assigned.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Inspect products and materials for defects or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet production goals while maintaining accuracy and product quality.
• Communicate any equipment, safety, or production concerns to supervisors.
• Perform other manufacturing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience working with hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Must be dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance.
