Customer Service Representative BDC - Mercedes- Benz Sales

Responsibilities Responsible for managing all incoming/outgoing phone and internet sales leads Setting, confirming, and following up with customer appointments Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business Work closely with Sales Representatives to ensure sales clients are assisted in a timely fashion Utilize CRM tracking system daily Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show Stays informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers The Rallye Motor Company is committed to attracting and retaining a talented and diverse workforce that supports our culture of customer service and automotive excellence. PAY RANGE: $60,000 - $100,000 Annually (Range consists of hourly plus commission) Requirements Must have experience working in phone sales or customer service. Preferably in a call center environment. Prior BDC experience with an automotive dealership is desired Outstanding phone presence, able to effectively field a high volume of both inbound and outbound phone calls Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability Organized, multi-tasker, self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually-assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential and required Professional personal appearance Must be available to work weekends Benefits Great benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage for employee & family!
