Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking Nurse Practitioners to partner with us as independent contractors providing services to Military Service members, primarily on weekends and occasionally weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in New Mexico. Our services support the medical and dental readiness of the following military entities: U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) Army National Guard (ARNG) U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR) U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES) U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR) Air National Guard (ANG) U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR) Responsibilities include: Supporting physical health assessments of military personnel. Reviewing health history, medical records, and questionnaires. Interviewing service members to identify medical concerns. Addressing urgent concerns, including behavioral health issues. Documenting interview results in the proprietary system. Requirements: Active NP license in the state. CPR/BLS certification. Experience in primary, urgent, or occupational health preferred. Experience with mobile medical services and military protocols preferred. Ability to work in fast-paced environments, extended hours, and various locations including remote military sites. Weekend availability and willingness to travel preferred. Excellent communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
