Role Overview

\n

We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to join as an early member of the Data Team and help

\n

build the systems that power artist sourcing, track pricing, portfolio management, and catalog

\n

growth. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, engineering, and product with high

\n

autonomy, technical ownership, and direct business impact. You will report to the Head of

\n

Data & Analytics and help define the future of the company’s data products.

\n

\n

Because data fuels everything the company does, the Data Team works horizontally across

\n

the entire organization. While your core focus will be deal-flow optimization and catalog

\n

pricing, which sit at the core of the business model, you’ll also collaborate with music-industry

\n

veterans, financial experts, and senior engineers and data scientists across a variety of

\n

initiatives.

You Will:

\n

\n
• Own the core models, transformations, and analytics products that drive track and
\n

\n

catalog pricing decisions

\n

\n
• Partner with Finance & Management to uncover insights into catalog performance,
\n

\n

revenue drivers, and portfolio health

\n

\n
• Collaborate with Data Science to refine predictive models and integrate third-party and
\n

\n

proprietary datasets

\n

\n
• Work closely with Product to design internal tools, workflows, and decision support
\n

\n

systems

\n

\n
• Identify and resolve data quality and pipeline issues, ensuring a reliable analytics
\n

\n

foundation across teams

\n

\n
• Dive deep into streaming performance and catalog behavior to uncover optimization
\n

\n

opportunities for acquired catalogs

\n

\n
• Explore and build LLM-powered internal tools that automate data workflows
\n

\n

\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• 5+ years in analytics engineering or data analytics roles within high-growth
\n

\n

environments

\n

\n
• Strong SQL & Python skills for data modeling, transformation, and automation
\n
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or equivalent)
\n
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-
\n

\n

technical stakeholders

\n

\n
• A builder mindset: autonomous, curious, proactive, and excited to shape a fast-moving

\n

analytics stack

• Experience with music streaming data, KPIs, or creator-economy platforms (preferred
\n

\n

but not required)

Compensation

\n

$100,000 to $140,000 a year
