LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Live the Mission Overview Join our team at Life Care Center of the North Shore. Evening shift nurses and night shift (3 PM–11 PM / 11 PM–7 AM). Full‑time and part‑time positions are available. Sign‑on bonus of $2,500 for full‑time 3 PM–11 PM/11 PM–7 AM shifts. Competitive pay with shift differentials, flexible hours, and benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k). Position Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care to residents on duty. The LPN will manage daily nursing tasks, monitor patient conditions, and supervise care assistants. Responsibilities Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact. Monitor and report changes in patient condition. Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Demonstrate excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients. Requirements Graduate from an accredited LPN program. Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state and maintain an active LPN license in good standing throughout employment. One (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
