Position Summary
- Position: Physical Therapist (PT) / Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Shift: Days – 8-hour shifts
- Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics
- Contract Length: (13 weeks)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (with the expectation of working up to 40 hours/week)
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (PTA accepted)
- New graduates accepted
- First-time travelers accepted
Preferred Qualifications
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
Patient Population
- Outpatient orthopedic patients
Clinical Experience
Candidates should be comfortable with:
- Orthopedic evaluations (PT)
- Therapeutic exercise programs
- Manual therapy techniques
- Functional mobility training
- Gait and balance training
- Musculoskeletal rehabilitation
- Patient education
- Home exercise program development
- Documentation and treatment planning
Additional Notes
- Excellent opportunity for new graduates and first-time travelers .
- Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required.
