At Rach Concrete Pumping , we don't expect you to have experience running a pump truck. We will pay you $24.00 to $28.00/hour to train you from scratch.

We’ve been family-owned for over 50 years in Middle River, MD. We operate a laid back work environment with a focus on customer service. We have good equipment, steady work and a team that treats you like family.

We’re expanding our fleet and looking for CDL drivers with strong mechanical minds who want to step up, learn to run our 32m & 38m concrete pumps , represent our name on job sites, and build a real long-term career.

What Makes Working at Rach Different?

• Fully Paid Training: No concrete experience? No problem. We pay you full hourly rates while teaching you set-up, operating concrete pump and field maintenance.
• Cross-Training on Concrete Pumps: You won't be stuck on one machine. You’ll be cross-trained to run both 32-meter and 38-meter concrete pumps.

What You’ll Learn & Do

• Master the Equipment: Learn to safely set outriggers, maneuver 32m & 38m pumps and control concrete placement on commercial, residential, and infrastructure sites.
• Represent the Brand: Act as our main point of contact on-site. Work as a professional, customer-focused partner with concrete contractors and superintendents.
• Take Ownership of Your Equipment: Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections. Keep your pump greased, clean and ready for work every day.
• Build Mechanical Skills: Learn to troubleshoot minor field mechanical issues and handle general upkeep alongside our shop team.
• Put Safety First: Learn how to read job site setups, spot overhead hazards, establish solid ground support, and protect yourself, the crew, and the equipment.

What We Need from You

• Licensing: Valid Class A or Class B CDL with a clean driving record. A MUST!
• Experience: Zero concrete pump experience required —just a willingness to work hard and learn.
• Drug Screen: Must be able to pass a pre-employment DOT drug test.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Basic mechanical awareness, troubleshooting skills, and pride in taking care of heavy machinery.
• Physical Readiness: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in all outdoor weather conditions, and stay active on your feet.

• Starting Base Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 / hour (Paid training rate based on CDL background)
