Job Summary:
This operating room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Duluth, Minnesota. The role involves providing specialized nursing care in the general surgery setting, requiring candidates to bring their Minnesota RN license on the first day. The selected candidate will work 12-hour day shifts for an initial 13-week assignment.

• Required Qualifications: Active Minnesota RN licensure, Associate Degree or Certificate, BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross (ARC), at least 2 years of OR experience including one travel assignment, Epic electronic medical record experience preferred, flexibility to work as needed for holiday rotation, and additional skills including general surgery and circulating experience.
• Additional Qualifications: Candidates should be hardworking, resilient, adaptable, and able to manage change effectively, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Scrub colors are provided by the facility.
