Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Pediatric Private Duty (Trach/Vent) ????✨Full-Time | Overnight Shift | One‑on‑One Care???? Location: Latrobe, PA???? Schedule: Sunday-Thursday| 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM???? What You'll DoAssist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)Perform g/gj-tube care/feedingsMonitor vitalsTrach/vent care/monitoringAdminister oxygenAdminister medications safely and accuratelyCommunicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and familyDeliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care✅ What You'll NeedCurrent LPN (or RN) license in the state of PennsylvaniaGraduate of an accredited nursing programAt least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)CPR certificationReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseA caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care????
