Overview Manage client relationships, engaging with middle and senior management to provide counsel and act as a business advisor with sector-specific expertise. Formulate and execute immigration strategies for intricate matters, including independent case preparation, filing, and research into complex technical issues. Lead continuous process improvement, ensuring adherence to firm protocols for file maintenance, record keeping, and compliance. Contribute to business development by identifying revenue opportunities, supporting client proposals, and participating in marketing activities.
