Software Engineer (Go, Python, TS)

Role Overview

Apply your software engineering expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world development work. This remote contract role focuses on Go as the primary language, supported by Python and TypeScript. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Go, Python, and TypeScript solutions that simulate real-world software development scenarios for AI training.
• Review, analyze, and critique sample code and technical materials, delivering detailed written feedback on software engineering concepts.
• Create high-quality code samples, unit tests, and documentation for varied AI training use cases.
• Identify edge cases, best practices, and common software design and development pitfalls to improve model outputs.
• Participate in collaborative discussions and code reviews, clearly communicating complex technical ideas.
• Refine prompts and queries used to evaluate and improve AI-generated code.

Qualifications

• Expert-level Go proficiency with substantial hands-on project experience.
• Strong Python and TypeScript skills, including the ability to write clean, idiomatic code in both languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with software architecture, design patterns, and modern development workflows.
• Experience reviewing or analyzing code for correctness, efficiency, and clarity.
• Knowledge of code documentation practices and collaborative software projects.
• An interest in AI and machine learning advancements. Direct AI experience is a plus, but not required.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $100 to $130 per hour.
