Position Summary for the Legal Administrative Assistant / Personal Injury:
- Work alongside the Office Manager to assist with legal and administrative initiatives.
- Assist with interviewing prospective clients and collecting intake information.
- Verify insurance coverage and maintain contact with insurance companies.
- Prepare personal injury documents and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain case files.
- Provide administrative support as needed throughout the law office.
- At least 2+ years of administrative experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma required
- People oriented and results driven
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual language skills (English and Spanish) are helpful but not required
- Willing to train candidates interested in the personal injury field
