Academic Tutor and Mentor
City Year
As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will serve full-time in a partner school to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth. Working closely with teachers, you will provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring in core subjects, reinforce classroom instruction, and help manage a positive learning environment. You’ll build caring, consistent relationships with students, track progress toward goals, and communicate with school staff and families. City Year offers collaborative teams, training, and professional development to grow your leadership and make a meaningful impact.
